yoyo storage

OK…

Interesting.

So, they are in a cinder block inside a plastic chinese food take out bag?

What kind of Chinese food are you eating to require an industrial strength bag? Or are you lugging durian and jackfruit around all day?

Here’s what I carry my yoyos in. Unfortunately, these cases do not fit all of my yoyos. I have about 20 more that are not able to fit. These cases also double as what I take with me to yoyo meets too.

These are the display stands I like - the One Drop variety are very nice, and the ones that YYE member jhauxfan makes are also great.

Winchester handgun case for 60$. Still haven’t cut holes in it.

Just a few of my yoyos.

This makes me want to put a handgun in a yoyo case.

I put them in a cupboard below my desk. Easy access all day.

Tempting, isn’t it?

Nice. I was thinking of buying a Plano hand gun case but was thinking it might raise suspicions

I say go for it every aluminum yoyo case already looks like a gun case plus we live in America. C=

I saw a design on the Web somewhere that was basically a pegboard with a bunch of hair scrunchies poked through it. I cut a piece of pegboard to fit on the back of one of my closet shelves. The yoyos face out, and the shelf below it provides space for random miscellanea like strings and bearings that I’m experimenting with. In the space I have, there’s room for about 24 throws.

One nice thing about this is that, if I make a little stand for it, I can take it to demonstrations and show people the variety of yoyos that are out there. Removing one from the pegboard takes a little more than just a grab, which lowers the probability of theft slightly.

Considering that small ones only cost around $7 I just might pick up a small one and a larger case. The small cases should hold around 8-10 if spaced properly
