Yoyo Boomers Club

I spent around 15 min with it just now attached to the above-pictured Pixie. So far so good!

I really like the idea of 50% cotton. I always preferred 50/50 to 100% and having a 25/25 split of poly and nylon sounds very intriguing.

I liked how after the yo-yo dropped out of the Stopwatch you were able to get it to return easily despite its low spin speed. Nice!!

How is the response on fixies? Snaggy, Slippy, Just right? (Goldilocks String for FAF?)

Not opposed, but confused. what is the context?

It’s a bit between snaggy and “just right”. I need to test it on my Cardigan and a Butterfly.

The Proofs Mr. Rob aka Mr. Baron Radness von Throwington Esquire aka rkalajian posted.

May break in wonderfully then!

I may change the Gundam head a bit. I will post more mockups later!

My Head Hurts from reading this. I think I just fried my last brain cell.

Can I get a Frank translation please?

  1. He doesn’t like it?
  2. He used a Double Double negative to say he does like it?

I think Frank likes it!

I’m just wondering why the robot theme? still not opposed, just wonder why you chose robots and hippy fonts?

Focusing more on “tech” (metaphor for modding)

Because we’re going back in time maaaaan. Fixed axle blast from the past. When robots and flowy text were fun.
That and I imagine a Butterfly smoking a J would violate some community standard, lol.

Well… he doesn’t not like it.

I like it. It’s very different from the last one.

Can we look at the text/Layout? I feel “Fixed Axle February” is lost in this graphic. Maybe more negative around the letters?

Thoughts?
