DOUBLE EDIT: I’ve been playing the Jazz strings on my Cardigan, and after maybe 5 min of slipping a bit, they play beautifully.

How does one “officially” join the YYBC?
45yo - Yoyos always fascinated me as a kid. I had many Butterflies that I owned/lost over the years. Even as an adult whenever I’d see a Butterfly in a store I’d buy it and carry it around until it got set down and lost again. LOL!
April of '24 I decided I was no longer content with throw and catch, rock the baby, walk the dog, around the world and ready to jump in with both feet!
While I’m still learning all sorts of unresponsive yoyo - I still find myself with a passion for the simple life of Responsive. I feel like I can call myself a Yoyo Boomer.
