Wasn’t it an Apollo mission that went south and had to abort and slingshot around the Moon and back to Earth again? That sounds pretty unresponsive to me.

Quint sounds like the name of a character in a movie that you want to punch SO BAD but ends up redeeming himself as we the audience see him open up and see he really just needed good friends. And then the friends find a dead body and poke it with a stick. Definitely not a Stephen King book I’m thinking of.
