Recently I’ve been thinking I might wanna prowl the BST for a peak, but I have no feel for what to offer. What are some ranges for beat, light damage, or mint peaks?
I take it everywhere. Great throw.
I would be interested in hearing others thoughts on this as well.
This is extremely difficult to cover since you have so many runs and then you get into FG’s
A FG second run peak could run you anywhere as high as $120 if it’s mint and could go as low as $80
If there’s any 3rd run FG peaks or maybe an Alex Bearingul I’d expect somewhere around the $120 mark. Unless of course it’s one of the FG bison peaks which could go a little higher since they were so difficult to come by and only came as a FG.
Sebby peaks are going to be the cheapest you can find and of course OG peaks will be the highest
I wouldn’t even consider a mint OG peak since the collector market basically has them all and if one did hit the market I’d expect somewhere around $1000 or more with damaged ones starting at $500 and up. I’m pretty sure test ano peaks could fit the same price point but haven’t seen enough of them on the market to be sure. I won’t even touch the other OG painted peaks since their price is too hard to judge. Now I remember the Gold first run anodized peak that Paul owned was on ebay recently and I think went for $700 but I can’t remember for sure.
Even a FG OG Peak which there were a couple painted peaks that went past #49 to represent FG I’d still expect over $350 to $650 based on condition of the paint. I’d think the 28 stories peaks and levi painted custom second run peaks could be in this category of pricing as well with them going up maybe a little bit more to $700.
As for sebby peaks I could see a Mint one going for around $120 with a destroyed one in the $70 range. Raw second/third run peaks would fall into this category as well
I think a mint raw first run could go in the $150-$200 range
Third run peaks I see in the $250 range that are mint and these are said to actually be the best players of all the runs and I can see a beat one being at $100.
Most of the second run peaks I see with light damage are in the $120-$150 range but of course there’s such a different between these specific peaks that it’s hard to set a price on them all. I have noticed that the wolf lake and winter green peaks although fairly rare are going in this range as well now.
Some of the more expensive colorways out of the second I can think of would be the frozen mammoth, swirl peaks, lava peak, bearingull, wedding peak, and clown town’s.
I’m more than happy to have people update my post accordingly if they think I was off in price or if something was forgotten

I’d say that is a very fair assessment sparhawk. It’s a shame the Sebby Peaks are so unwanted. I think it’s an amazing colorway. Back on the FG’s… I love Peaks, so I’d probably pay about $100 for a damaged one.
Yeah in response to that now seems a good time to just highlight what sterling work Sparhawk has done in this thread. Some serious props to him for being so helpful, and thoughtful!

I’m curious as to what the general consensus is on the Hulk Smash Peak. I think it is a terrible colorway on the Peak. The colors just look horrible. I understand a lot of people like them though… What a fair value on one? I don’t know if there are any “mint” ones anymore, so just a general value would be fine.
I’m in the same boat. I was here when it was a generally hated colorway but with all the love for Jensen and with it being his signature colorway it got a pretty big boost even after he left and returned because it already had it’s own group of followers that just love that colorway.
With it’s current popularity I wouldn’t be surprised to see someone actually get $300 for a mint one but would expect something more in the $200-$250 range.
A friend of mine has a mint Hulk Smash Peak. But yeah, I’d say $200-$250.
But I’m with you, Nick. I hate those colors.
They don’t hugely do it for me as colors go, but actually at the moment Hulk Smash Peaks seem some of the most readily available. They keep popping up on the BST and ebay. Perhaps no one is a big fan 
I think what happened is that with the most recent sales of them thanks to ebay, their price has almost doubled and people just want to get rid of them before the price drops
Price check on a near mint B-grade half red/half blue hatrick? It has one little unfeelable 1/6 inch or so scratch on the rim and one barely feelable large pinprick in the catch zone (doesn’t affect grinding)
Price Check on a Genesis+ Miggy Edition (Original genesis with hubstacks which is purple with neon green hubstacks)
It has a few scratches on the rims with no actual damage, barely noticeable vibe.
