But I have been pretty busy. I’ve been up late doing work the past days, and the days I get off earlier, I normally only check messages real quick… But hopefully soon I’ll get more back into posting. I tend to click on threeads that have the most importance to me to stay caught up. But it’s cool seeing you say something, means a lot 
Yes, definitely a lot of work. But I’m really trying hard which is one of the reasons I haven’t posted much, haha, I actually have an A+ average right now, so at least I’m off to a good start! And I should be posting more when I get done school earlier. My math takes me forever to do the homework each day. It’s a different curriculum than what I have been using… and yeah… it’s WAY different. It’s pretty. And the hardest part is having no prior knowledge of anything they’re covering. But I’ll keep on trucking!
Yeah, I suggest working hard. No matter what you do. I’m actually going to a private Christin school, where the motto is literally “Strive for excellence in all you do”, which makes sense. But then you realize that’s striving for excellence in: Math, science, history, Bible, Literature, Microsoft (class I’m taking), and socially. So definitely hard, but certainly worth the effort. You’ll thank yourself for putting it in if you reap the benefits
Why thank you BC! I do try and help out with whatever in whatever why I can! And it really means a lot to hear you say that! but I haven’t gotten “bored” per say. I just have been grasping for free time. And when I get a hold, I either nap, or mc with abby. And she knows the last time we played was a while ago XD

that doesn’t sound fun at all! Maybe next time you can take a graphic design course that would probably be more fun if your school offers it because then you get to mess around with photoshop which your Wayy better at.
Hey TA did you ever post the rules to win the yoyo accesories?
Okay, here’s the idea. So, I want to limit this to just us in this thread, the folks who have expressed some interest in this topic. You guys have been making string, holders, designing yo-yos, paracord products, performing live in front of an audience, landing new jobs…and some of you are just trying to get your ideas off the ground, or being encouraging to others. In light of that…time to celebrate with a little fun.
I have some things lying around, and I’d rather give them away than sell them. Maybe someone can use them. It might be yo-yo related or just skill toy related. Some things are new, mint, used, non-mint, but all the stuff is useful to someone in some way…just depends on who might express interest in it. I’m going to call this game “The Small Stuff.” Most of the stuff is an accessory of some sort, or just a yo-yo related item, maybe even a cheap yo-yo, or other skill toy. So, if you need a multi-tool, counterweights, side effects, response…it may be up for grabs. Here are some proposed rules. I think we should all meet up in here about 8pm tomorrow night and spend an hour or so with the giveaway.

Items are given away “as is.” The description will be as accurate as possible, but this is not a contest, just a free giveaway, so you have to accept the item as is.

The item with be shipped with no tracking, which means you are at the mercy of USPS. I will be paying at a USPS clerk, in person, at the post office, and I will have a receipt…but nothing else. These are cheap items, and it is a giveaway and opportunity to get some free stuff. Mailing of free stuff will be the cheapest way possible.

An item will appear in a photo, with a brief description of it. You will respond with exactly these words “I’ll take it.” The first person to post “I’ll take it,” gets the item mailed out to them. But, if you post “I’ll take it,” you have to pass on the next 3 items I post before you can try for another item. So, when you post, “I’ll take it,” make it count. Items may appear more than once, to give someone an opportunity to take it. When a new item appears, the opportunity to snag the last item has lapsed.

Please be kind and considerate of others. If you know someone is looking for response pads, and they pop up, please allow them to get them if you don’t need them. They may do the same for you. It’s all small stuff, so let’s be kind and have some fun.

Ok, ok. I’ll only say “I’ll take it” on maybe 2 response pads and possibly a CW, but not always the first ones that come. I’m gunna be excited!

No problem. I have to do some Spring cleaning, so it works for me too No better group of people to get my stuff…that’s for sure. I’m hoping everyone might get something they need, and save a few bucks.

sweet this sounds like a lot of fun I’m excited I don’t have any OD yo-yos so I won’t be going for the side effects but and response pads or Definitely string cause I’m running low on that stuff.
Oh and if there are any OD 10 balls I’ll be going for that too because I LOVE THESE BEARINGS.
I don’t think 8 would work for me, I’m usually still at church then. Also, there might be some problems with doing it in the thread. You’d have to keep refreshing the page, and I think people would miss a lot of items. I think doing it in the chat room and then just giving a description of the item would work best.
The chat room never works good for me
I will probably be doing these every five to ten minutes or so. Just enough time for people to view the photo, read the description and make a decision. People can use the “notify” tab if they want to be emailed when there is a new post in the thread. That will help. I think most things should be gone within an hour or so…pretty fast. People can refresh, or use the notify tab. As long as there aren’t a lot of random comments during the giveaway, it should be okay. I just don’t know if everyone is as familiar with the chat feature.
