I can’t wait to see what Legyoyo has in store. 
Now for the BC stuff. I am leaning toward the monkeyfist knots and the bracelets as best ideas, not so much the keychains. But, those are good too. I took this photo awhile back, and was supposed to paste it in the thread to show Legyoyo what they had in my area. I was in the craft store looking for posterboard for photo backgrounds.
I think the bracelets and knots are good ideas…but what are the essential colors to start with? I don’t know that these store bunches are the best value, but there seem to be a ton of colors available. I’m thinking we should do some YoyoExpert bracelets to start with. That way, anyone who has one will be identified as “in the club.” If you are wearing the bracelet, you’re cool, and a forum member, simple as that. There probably should be two different sizes in terms of length. I have small wrists for an adult, but there are some big guys out there too. I think that’s the best way to see how they will do, maybe do YYE colors and another neutral color like just camoflauge or black/mix or something. I’m thinking a first run of YYE color and neutral color bracelets and YYE and neutral color knots. I think anyone interested will dig either of them, and we will get to see if these will sell.
What do you guys think of that? Feel free to shoot that down. But, if I buy like ten colors, and people choose their own color, then they choose one color more than the rest, he will simply run out and get stuck discussing “I have this in stock, not that.” But, if he just makes this first bunch in specific colors, we will get to see who has a genuine interest. I think YYE colors makes the bracelet yo-yo related, and YYE colors make the knot yo-yo related too. The neutral is just for those who don’t like the YYE colors to have another option.

Sounds great! Although, I think the paracord survival bracelets are closer to 10 feet worth of cord, depending on size and weave.
BC says about 6 feet for a bracelet. I have a good source for some long bunches. I took that photo like a month ago in the craft store. Those seem for small projects. I like seeing what colors are out there though. Pretty cool.
Update on my visit to my old high school:
Success! Everything went fine and it was great seeing some old friends (now they are seniors. TOO rad!)
I have been invited to come back and speak about various topics regarding professional settings. Things like how to make a good first impression or how to dress for an interview. Etcetc.
I am also looking to obtain an internship at a hotel soon. I gotta start climbing so i’ll be fine when I get my masters.
Wow Slimjoe, that’s awesome. And what a great field to enter too, I know you’ll be great at anything you do. I’m sure you’ll get that internship at the hotel. It is kinda weird visiting your school isn’t it? It’s like a good feeling, but missing some memories, and feeling things are not the same without some of the people who have gone.
Keep us updated on how things go as the visiting speaker too. That is great experience for you. It takes a special kind of person to seek a masters. I went to graduate school myself. I feel like I must have been possessed, not sure how I did it. You go through 12 years of school, then do 4 more then…decide to…go back Not sure how I got through it, but wouldn’t trade it for anything. Do school as long as you can stand it…you won’t regret it in the long run.
Well, the education system regarding high school is rather standardized. Therefore, most people (including me) don’t like it too much. College, however, is super rad. I make all of the decisions regarding schedules and class.
My school offers what is called a 4+1 program. Essentially, in my senior year of my bachelors degree, ill be already working on my masters. I’ll only have to do one more year after that!!
