I feel you with sports.

I used to be in great shape, now that I’m getting older I’m just trying to keep together without injury.

Disc golf is great fun, but I can’t throw it like I used to. And injury always seems so close, and I always get concerned about how long recovery will take.

I legit used to run two 5ks a week and a half marathon on Sunday. Injured my knee in my early 30’s and even just walking a few miles aggregates it years later, even with therapy and still being in decent shape.

Getting old sucks
