I am in the process of doing some unbiased detective work. You can’t just jump to conclusions and start tarnishing someone’s reputation until you’ve done as much digging as you can. Even if some of the evidence seems to push you to get a gut feeling, you gotta start from the beginning. So here we are going to start FROM the beginning, as in BEFORE the whole “death”/“bus accident” ordeal.

So far, iYoyo58 has no proof of xxxEpicGamerxxx’s (XEGX) description of the DM1. He claims to have deleted the describing PM’s.

Here is a picture of the DM1 that XEGX sent iYoyo58:

So far these two pictures are the only two pieces of information that we can determine are 100% unbiased, seeing as neither iYoyo58 NOR XEGX have the original messages describing the condition of the DM1.

The next logical step would be to ask for iYoyo58 to take pictures of the DM1 in the condition that he received it.

Completely unrelated to this, but I mentioned a few posts up that no story will ever defeat the story of Spencer L. It may be a little hard to follow if you weren’t around in 2009, but still it’s a good read. Had to dig a little to find it

(The guy and girl were myself and Kim-Lan.)

So we all got over that. We thought he was gone, but who could arrive a few days later? Why, a Spencer L. We questioned him slightly asking if he was the old Spencer. He portrayed no knowledge of who the old Spencer was. We accepted him, and gave him a second chance. Though few of us still believed him to be the old Spencer.

Spencer L. was a very good member. He was helpful, nice, and a great person. But, he revealed himself for who he was over time. Getting in all of these flame wars, he was starting to become unliked (Especially by me.) I sent him a message to weed out the truth from him. Here was his reply:

Sorry for the wait. I was out for like 3 hours.

What I did was wrong, and there is no reason Evan should even get into this. We’re friends on the buddy list, not sharing anything. Yeah, we talk now and then, but he knows nothing.

I’m sorry, but can we keep this between the eXperts, if you refuse, it’s fine, but I don’t want this to become a community matter, although they figured it out already, I don’t blame them…

Yes, I changed my username, and I tried to keep it out of the situation for as long as possible. And, I like Spencer L. better than Spencer, not that it matters. But yes, it was wrong and I’m sorry, but can we keep this between the eXperts?

I assure you that Evan knows NOTHING. I am being 100% sure on this, and I know. I never told him, but I’m sure he figured it out.

But, off the record, why did you bring this matter back up? Not that it matters, or being mean, but was it a post I said or something?

I apologize, and I will send a PM to Kim-Lan, (does she know about this?) if she knows, which she probably will… about how I am sorry I caused everything to her with my old account. And, you if you’d like.

But anyways, I’m sorry, and Evan had nothing to do with it.

The reason he mentions Evan, is because he helped me write the message.
Then, came the dreaded Aquarius Caps post, where fury was unleashed. I suggest you read the post yourself:

And from there, Spencer L. left YoYoExpert.

To where though?
YoYoNation.

But the people weren’t so generous over there. They saw him for what he was - an insolent prick. Spencer tried to act like he had authority over there, and was treated rudely for it. What strikes me odd, is how he can’t get off the forums. He posted about 100 times in one day, haha.

So Spencer L. left YoYoNation.

To where though?
BACK to YoYoExpert!

Yes, once again Spencer L. is back! Under the name of JamFan, he gave himself away instantly. In like 10 minutes, he acted as if he read all the recent new posts. Posting and posting JamFan tried to stay under a new identity for as long as he could. But, was obviously found out.

JamFan posted 128 times in 1 day, BTW.

gm user found him out (for full info, PM gm user.)
And Spencer L. left to TheYo.

He really reminds me of tomonzzz.

But he decides to come back. Man, what a jerk, he can’t hold true to his word. He is signed on as YoYoPro. That is his account, but he has never posted. But there is also Theyoyoempire, who we believe to be Spencer L. It seems like he is though, as TYYE doesn’t post anymore.

And here we are now.
That is the story, give or take some things

Seriously guys, don’t let unnecessary crap like this clutter up your life. Life is too full of real stresses and issues to be worrying about these clowns. The kid ain’t dead, which is obvious at this point as it was from the beginning. I’m actually pretty surprised as to how many people on this thread didn’t see straight through the nonsense. And iYoyo58, if the kid was really dead do you think leaving feedback would really matter, positive or negative?

The fact that such a story would be made up to get out of a $15 debt is past the point of being laffable – it’s just sad. Time to move on.
