WTB: Broken TMBR

Greetings!

As part of my printing and assembling replacement TMBR axles, I pass each printed component entirely through the halves of my This-a-way, That-a-way to ensure the thread is correct. I then use the same This-a-way, That-a-way to play test the assembled axles with them correctly fitted into the yo-yo.

I would love to have a TMBR that is already otherwise unusable to do the first round test, just to prevent damaging my perfectly good This-a-way, That-a-way. So, if you have a TMBR that is out of commission because it is missing a large chunk but the axle hole is still in good shape, I would love to take it off your hands.

I have cash and trades. I’d be super amenable to swapping for replacement TMBR axles or 3D printed throws.

My feedback thread is here:

Bump it up. I still need your broken TMBR!

Then I said to myself “wait a minute. Why don’t I just print one?”

I guess I’ll leave this open because it would still be great to have one in wood.

Your work desk looks exactly like my work desk in a different font.

I truly have no idea what this post is actually about, but I’m glad you found a solution lol.

I am looking for a TMBR yoyo half that is not desirable to someone else but has the threads for the TMBR axle intact for testing 3D printed replacements.

I just haven’t seen a TMBR before so it was hard for me to understand what I was looking at more so lol

An example of an assembled TMBR with axle.

An example of a half without the axle.

The thing I want is an example of the axle hole. I use the This-a-way That-a-way that you see disassembled above but it is a perfectly fine yoyo if I reassemble it.

Someone must have broken a TMBR at some point.

I wish they still sold those!
