Appreciate it man thanks. I think that by letting us share stuff makes for a good customer experiance but censoring just leaves a bad feeling. Really glad you restored it
Yeah - the moderators are just following rules and there is a rule about trying to avoid images advertising other stores. That image was more of an edge case honestly. This forum has been running since 2008 - the internet is a different place in that much time - the yo-yo stores that existed back then were FAR MORE strict than we are today.
But we are still a store that very much relies on the community supporting us directly to survive and we do therefore request that direct links sending people away to a page that is directly selling a product elsewhere should not be posted here - so those will be edited out. We do clearly state people can share social media links - but posting direct links to purchase products elsewhere is not allowed - but you can always send someone a DM. Its nothing personal - we literally have to pay the bills here so its a compromise and generally it isnât much of an issue. The community here is incredibly respectful and understanding of it I think and we really appreciate that.
I need lady Tsunade on a yoyo LMAO. I have had a crush on her since the age of 12.
Would you have this as an engraving tho
I just donât like engravings period personally. Love your art and the brand tho that is actually dope vs some of the other stuff shown is hella corny
is that the girl from the game withđ
Thanks Henry
I think that the distortion of cuts or curves ruins art meant to be on a flat surface and does not translate well to yoyos unless they have a completely flat hub.
My issue with flat hubs is that it kind of forces you into specific weight distributions to achieve that flat hub.
So nah, probably not. The intention or goal was to always allow for caps so that I could put artwork on a flat surface and the user could remove it if they wanted to.
So thoughtful. I appreciate that!
Mai Kirisaki with no hyper wasp just feels wrong. looks sick tho. i found some loop ups on ebay with this same art but theyre verrry expensive (144usd for 2 of them )
Yeah I wish Bandai and Yomega decided to make that to make it source accurate
id prob not buy a an anime waifu yoyo BUT i would buy a jojo yoyo with pretty much any jojo characters on it doing their iconic poses; if i had to pick, it would be josukes pose at the end of part 4.
Your best bet is the Ace Yo ace girls. Theyâre on certain models like the mercy 6, etc.
Iâd be afraid of yoyoingâs public perception becoming even more of a male dominated âdorkyâ hobby if putting cartoon women on yoyos became a prominent trend
It kinda depends for me.
Stuff like Editionâs Mag Art is a bit different from a maid girl with a gun on the Ambition
Generally, I donât care for anime art on my yoyos. If itâs done tastefully I can enjoy it, i.e anime symbolism, but if itâs just some character engraved on the side Iâm not into it.
Is this a waifu? Thought it was just an amine girl.
Anyway i think itâs fine. Wouldnât buy a yoyo because of a graphic like this but wouldnât NOT buy one either because of it.
Hard no for me
Or stick it on some caps maybe
Can someone define Waifu for me? Iâm old and married and have no clue.
japanese broken english of saying wife. it became synonymous with anime aesthetic. think of it as pin up girls from the far east.
Ah right. Then Iâll not care. Any graphic is cool as long as itâs done well.
