Are stalls those tricks where you kind of make the yoyo stop spinning and land it on the string, and then start it up again? If so, stalls. Sleep time I can work on myself. Could someone also post a video of a stall, just to make sure we’re on the right page?

I haven’t had a really good, throw until it hurts, fixed axle session in a while.

Where do you guys get type 8 cotton string? YYE only has their brand for cotton and it’s type 6 I believe
I always twist my own cotton string, because I have some cotton yarn, and it’s thick enough so that I only have to wrap it once.
They just released a new run you can buy them but tmbr’s or the only one I have played the baldwin is great
yooldman, Would you be so kind as to compare the play of the Turner to that of the Baldwin?
The Turner is a larger, heavier and more solid feeling throw than the Baldwin. The Turner is 4 grams heavier than the Baldwin, but it feels like even more than that when you play it.
I would say the Turner is a better yoyo than the Baldwin. It handles stall tricks just as well and, for me, outperforms the Baldwin on string tricks.

Does anyone know how I can contact TMBR directly?
When I use the Postage estimate function on their webshop it tells me they do not ship to Australia.

I await 1 Turner and one axle kit most eagerly. My wife and kids are gone for a week so I have time to carefully combo some words together in a smooth manner that will both surprise and charm. No need to stall/regen my way out of this one.
