Butterball or Bathysphere?
I keep going back and forth between the two on which one to buy. They both got a lot of love here on the forum, but which one is the stand out? Do you have, or have at least tried both of them? What’s your opinion?

Butterball over standard Bathysphere.

I have both. I find that I play the Butterball much more often than the Bathysphere. I find it more maneuverable, it feels better on the string. Minimalistic design and good organic shape, it plays great. Mostly reminds me of the Bowl from RSO.
If you like a little customization in the form of Side Effects, you can take a closer look at the Bathysphere. With their help, you can tune the yo-yo a little for yourself. But for me personally, the Bathysphere even on SE Ultra Lights feels a little like a “stone”, but it is still a very good yo-yo among SE system. It has wild power I guess.

No idea butterball is very fun and I love it. I don’t have a bathy so can’t comment but I’ve heard good things

Butterball is my choice. Bathy, while a very good player, too closely resembled MCMO for me. I traded it off.
I went a little overboard and have a full set of Butterball. It’s that good.

I love the Flight idea! Great video, Jake.
Flight #2 should include MC and MCMO.
Flight #3 maybe undersized organics.
