Which (fin)Ish is Which?

Hey guys, I was hoping someone could help me out with a question about these throws.

I’ve got 2 banshees in the same colorway, but with noticeably different finishes on each. I was wondering if anyone could shine a little light as to what the deal here is. I’m assuming they must be from different “batches”, but maybe G2 does different finishes for each run.

The one with the yellow string feels “grittier” and appears duller in sheen. Less glossy.

Then the white stringed one is “shinier”, and I guess a little “smoother” in feel, although definitely not glossy smooth like the black one .

I’ve read that G2 has a finish they call diamond blasted, and I’m wondering if one of these would qualify, as well as what the other(s) are.

Any info provided is much appreciated. Thanks a lot everyone!

Maybe @G2_Jake would know

If they’re the same colorway, same run is likely. One probably just spent a little bit more time in the blasting cabinet than the other.

The two that look alike are different because of poor consistency at a soecific anodizer. The black one is non blasted.

None of those are our diamond blast.
