I’ve been working on inventing a Spencer Berry inspired trick all week; my favorite part of the trick is the very beginning, once I finish the trick you will all see videos of it.
0A - Stalls in general. Just beginning my 0A journey.
1A - 1.5 Mount - getting there.
Skin the Gerbil - also getting there.
Wormhole Combo - almost happy with this one.
5A - Polishing and basic handling.
EDIT: I see now @HappyYoyoer sending us to a different thread. Doh!
Started getting back into 1a and I am getting consistent with an overhand whip to finger grind bind.
In 4a I’m working on outer arm orbits, quick soloham undermount, and improving my whips and sword dancer tricks.
I’d like to get my Konami Code down to where I can hit it every time. I have all the pieces down and can do it, I just want to be able to do it without thinking about it. Most satisfying bit is the last part, with the switcharoo and the pops. Other than that, I’m working on a couple of binds. I actually need a new combo to learn. Maximum overdrive, maybe? I also need to learn Brent Stole I guess.
started working on rancid milk last night cuz, i dunno, fundamentals lol i was pretty tired but i made it most of the way through. fun trick with some really fun and interesting elements. working on that last mount for the thumb pluck and dismount. i THINK i know what to do, but I’m still in that phase where i can’t quite execute the first parts well enough to have the spin time left over to think about that last mount. i think i might just start from the houdini then put the two parts together. sweet trick though! i can see why it has remained popular over the years
yo so anyone got tips for rancid milk dismount? hard for me to get enough pop without closing the formation. more often than not i hit the string formation instead of hopping out of it. or i hop out but it doesnt have enough height to land the trap art the end. tia
