NO more polls brother! It get’s you no where.

Now for your answer.

Use either flowable or any RTV. All sold at auto parts stores. Permatex is a great brand.

will work fine. We had a discussion about the differences of those two that is worth reading. You really can use any of the Permatex gasket maker colors or the flowable.

Go with the flowable. If it really easy to apply. Cut the nozzle off for the smallest hole you can manage. Put the yoyo on a flat surface. Hold the tube of flowable about 1/4 inch above the groove and slowly squeeze out a ribbon of silicon. With the other hand, slowly rotate the yoyo until you’ve siliconed all the way around. Be sure to stop a bit short of where you started so you don’t get a big lump in your silicon. Keep in mind it called flowable for a reason. Don’t try to fill the whole width of the groove with silicon as it comes out of the tube. The silicone will spread out(flow) and fill in on it’s own. If done correctly you shouldn’t have to clean any stray silicon from the yoyo.

As for RTV… It’s messy and it stinks! Works great on car parts thow!

Good luck!

Actually Permatex released a new low odor formula. It just barely smells at all. Gasket maker is only as messy as you make it. After some practice it can be applied really cleanly.

Yep. Spoon style.

I found another tool also, a guitar pick. The sharp curve on one side is great for thin recesses and the wider more sweeping curve on the other side is great for wider recesses.
