A V shaped yoyo is generally preferred, since H shapes have bumps to the gap to reduce string drag. However, V shaped yoyos have no response bumps, so they are more agile.

7068 aluminum is the comparable equivalent to titanium for far less money to manufacturer but it wonât spark. For me, I canât reason with a need for exotic materials for a yo-yo other then for prestige and experimenting in pushing boundaries in engineering and manufacturing. Thereâs a hefty price that comes with these exotic trophy pieces for something cannot be an everyday carry that can take a beating. It can a waste of money holding something that is meant to sit as a collectible gathering dust that can barely be played.

There are people that spark titanium and folks that 3A and 5A hades and they seem just fine
