The 7071, as I understand it, plays a little bit more “solid” than the 6061. However, you might want to check out the YYF buyers guide in the manufacturers section of the forum. They have some of the sponsored players commenting on the different kinds there.
Also, there are tons of throwers in new york. I’m sure that someone can give you a link for a club there.

The 7075 version is a stronger metal and it plays more solid.
In the 6061 version, the metal isn’t as strong but it’s more floaty.
The 7075 one will ding wayyy less often than the 6061 one
