Mark and others have beefcaked the RBC to make it unresponsive. Just get a second bearing, make sure they’re both clean, and be careful when screwing back together.
It won’t be good. As far as unresponsive 1A is concerned it’s going to be too light, not enough rim weight, narrow + high walled, also the bearings are just tiny and aren’t going to spin for that long. All of these design choices make it great for responsive 0A play… but these are also all things that make it straight up bad for unresponsive 1A play. Nothing is stopping you other than the cost of a second bearing if your morbid curiosity gets the better of you.
It’s the inverse of why you can’t slap a bearing blank in a draupnir and expect a good responsive yoyo.
