Saw 1917 last weekend. Cinematography and production design was amazing.
Saw Parasite last night, it was incredible. Well deserved best picture win.

i’m watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine, with a friend, we really like it.
Also watched Parasite. Good film although I found a few parts slow. I actually preferred his prior film Snowpiercer.

Yeah I dunno why but my wife and I definitely thought there were a couple parts that dragged. Have you seen Bong Joon Ho’s other stuff or other Korean films? (I’m thinking of Old Boy.) Parasite is kind of in the same dark, kinda funny, plot twisted vein… So maybe I’m just not surprised by this kind of genre.
Dont get me wrong, we enjoyed it, but at the end I was more like, great cinematography, interesting story, quality movie… But I wasn’t stunned. Just my opinion.

Debating on starting my Netflix subscription back up so I can watch season 2 of Lost in Space. Is it worth it? (No spoilers please.)
Did you like the first season? I never finished the first episode.
I liked it well enough. Better than most stuff on network tv. Scifi shows are notorious for being slow the first season.
Just finished watching that Netflix documentary, The Trial of Gabriel Fernandez. Some of the most horrendous, messed up stuff I’ve ever seen.
