What are some of the things that really make you loyal to a certain company? What makes you come back and buy from them time and time again? What do you dislike about a company (don’t need to give names)?
What I like. Performance, and classy aesthetics. What I don’t like, gimmicks, crazy splashes.

I like them being active in the yo-yo community and social media. Also producing enough yo-yos and newer models regularly. Quality anodizing and bearings matter too, along with customer service.
Consistent quality control. Will no longer buy “made in china” for several reasons which are best not mentioned.
