What did you dream last night?

I have had like lucid dreams where I’m half-awake but never have I experienced a black empty horror room

Like I was absolutely (at least in my eyes) not the one telling myself that was a dream. It’s like someone invaded my personal space. I had one lucid dream years ago. The last two here recently where I break the fourth wall to myself isn’t nice at all. 4/10, don’t recommend it. It’s an experience but I don’t like what I experienced.

I’ve heard this before. My question is, how can anyone know that everyone dreams every night, if only the person themself can verify it?

I don’t dream every night. Who is to prove me wrong? :man_shrugging:

I think a study was done or something over multiple days where REM sleep activity was monitored (REM being the dreamy-time-junction part of sleep). Although the extent of REM varied between people they managed to confirm that everyone who gets enough time to enter REM will dream. It would help if I remembered what the study was so i can verify myself.
