Go to a sticky in the Modification and Maintinence page. Click Useful Mod Guides.
Then click “How to remove your YUF spacers” make sure its the one by me not the others cause they dont help…

Take bcmaddogs advice. Once u get it fixed, use your protostar for 5a. Its great for 3a and 5a
Yeah. Mine has 3 cracks. Plays amazing still xD. 5a master!

Mine has a ton of cracks… still plays like new, the cracks didnt effect performance whatsoever
You show us how you got the side that sticks to the bearing out, but not the side that doesn’t. Idk if yours is different, but on mine only one spacer sticks to the bearing. And on my bad northstar and protostar neither of the spacers stick to the bearing.

Then use pliers to pull the bearing out with the spacer under it the do what the guide said…
When i try that the bearing just comes off because the spacer doesn’t grip it.

Make sure the spacers are snapped in there flat, then put the bearing in and put the yoyo together, make sure the bearing snaps into the spacers…

He probably has really dirty bearings…
Ever thought about lube for the loud ones (they are dry)… And cleaning theresponsive or short sleeping ones?

Idk what’s wrong with them. I’ve tried different bearings. They are just really vibey and super loud. They definetely don’t spin as long as my good protostar did. Idk why.
Ive tried all the bearings I have on them. Ive also cleamed my good CTs in acetone. They’ve never been responsive.
As i said guys I knew that there was something wrong with my bad northstar and protostar because it said so in the ebay description. The good one was MIB.

Idk! But i really only want to get the other spacers out so i can put one of them in my good protostar to replace the one I scratched and broke.
Alright update! I put the new spec that came in my shutter (I put in the CT for better performance) in my bad northstar and now it is alot better- its like the bearing at the end of the tunnel- i will be using my (surprisingly super quiet) northstar for 5a now. There is a slight problem. When I tightened up the northstar i tightened too tight (i know I’m stupid) and the axle like went through the outside of the yoyo. Dont ask me how, it just did. It’s not, like, sticking out, the hub is just cracked now. You can’t actually see the axle (because it didn’t go out far enough and the plastic still hides it), but there is a buldge on the hub and the axle is still there. It still works fine though. There is still vibe, but not outrageous vibe like there was before. It also sleeps for longer.

I have exactly the same thing with my Northstar. Just a cosmetic issue.
I’ll post a pic later. Are there any problems in play at all on yours?
Anyone else got this? The arrows never ever meet too. Weird.
