I just finished watching the 6 movies last night.
taking glamour shots⌠i spent part of the afternoon yesterday putting together a lingerie dresser for the missus, so iâve been meaning to catch up on some group shots
EDIT: Note, not group glamour shots of my missus in lingerie⌠i meant of yoyos⌠i reread this and out of context it seemed⌠yeahâŚ
schooooools out for summer!
just found out that albuquerque canceled school for the rest of the year.
this is gonna be a long summer vacationâŚ
Use the time wisely.
Yes, for all of you students out there, please be diligent about your remote learning, or youâll be going back to school in the fall with a pretty wide learning gap.
my wife teaches third grade, and my son is in third grade. however, she is still working from home, and iâm off⌠and the boy is well beyond his level. so, this gives us the opportunity to provide a more advanced and self-directed curriculum, and i can take over as well. iâm an engineer, so performing and developing hands-on learning labs has been great⌠plus, being able to go beyond what they would provide in a normal curriculum, and taking advantage of the 1-on-1 time is fruitful.
Agreed!

Donât forget naps, and how to criticize whats on TV, like a 55 yr old (its a gift)
So far, worked on another project for work this morning (yay remote work), complete with a cat on the lap. âTake your cat to work dayâ anyone? As I wait for the next item, Iâm cycling through some throws to see which throw I feel like today. May learn a new trick later today too (or finish what I was beginning to learn).
Also aimlessly looking at YYEâs forums to see whatâs new or if anything on the BST catches my eye (though I rarely do the BST, have only done it a couple of times years ago). Contemplating putting up a thread of throws that Iâve been eyeballingâŚSPYY, looking at youâŚspyder 2, stryker?
iâm going to be honest, i am learning, and i attend a everyday meeting for school, but the problem is that a good portion of the world is in the same boat as i am, meaning that not only students will have to be flexible next year, but school curriculum will also have to be flexible, i do not enjoy this as much as many would suspect, and i am trying to study hard, but with the teachers expectations of three hours a day, and low expectation for work effort, it feels as if break is already here
OMG
Just watched playing the game !!! threat level, commited to quest, progress tokens, +1 attack strength, encounter deck, damage counter, cards in staging area, aggggggggggggh, counter phase, quest deck,âŚcomputer says noâŚbrain freezes⌠please helpâŚreboot.
Iâm 55 and can just about cope with hungry hippoes.
Perhaps when my brain gets rid of the flu virus i can rewatch and say âeasy peasey lemon squeezeyâ. Joking aside i do fancy giving it a go.
Keep us informed on how you get on with it.
If your not enjoying it, change it. Try something different.
Pick something, anything, and research it. As a bad examplel take a blade of grass in the local park. Type, species, is it native, hybrid, whys it green, how much water does it need ? root depth, blades per sq/ft , volume of earth required (not even sure if some of these are valid questions) You could ask question after question, the reasearch involved in some of the simpliest of things is in itself education.
lol, thx, i needed that
Iâve done lots of different jobs to make my way in the world. At present it mainly involves cleaning up childrens vomit / pee, etc⌠etc in a primary school. But its one of the most satisfying jobs iâve ever had⌠go figure
You seem like such a great dude
Just saying.
Maybe you should consider being a nurse, seriously. My best friends son has a business degree and lots of good opportunities. One day he came home and said âThis is not my heartâs calling. Iâm going back to school to be a nurse.â Now he is an emergency room nurse and loves it. His wife is a nurse down the street at another hospital. It takes a special mind and heart to be a nurse.
Steam has the digital version on sale for $10. I bought it to help me learn. Hopefully the digital version will be close to the board game.
I havenât played the digital versionâŚbut I hear itâs quite a bit different than the card game unfortunately.
