One of the things I picked up this month was a little statue she can put in her garden…and oh man it’s way cute! It’s bigger then I thought it’d be…the size of an actual hedgey, and it’s very life like! So cute!!

Went to buy and replace ink for the printer…however some crook (either an inside job or customer) had returned a package of used ink, sealed it up so it would go back on the shelf. I had the unlucky draw of purchasing empty ink carts. Spent the afternoon trying to get an exchange/refund only to find out I’d be arguing with the store manager over their :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: policy (can’t return once the box has been opened), and basically having them insinuate that I’m the crook. After raising some BP, arguing and refusing to leave, they finally let the return happen… Like, how am I supposed to know that some crook opened and resealed a package? Would also be non-returnable if I opened it at the counter and found out I was screwed over… In the end, buyer beware.

Finished out the evening playing some Smash Bros, getting my butt handed to me by level 8 CPUs, as well as teaching my friend how to play as well (who has only played Smash twice). Not easy teaching via text

Picked up the sound board for this classic pinball, it’s alive again! Spent the afternoon playing this.

Well, I was going to take my truck to the moose car wash, but I guess I will just stay home and throw yo-yos now…

It’s explained!
Without travel plans for the moment…I’ll have to satisfy myself only with those photos. How about a serious super simple recipe for us to try at home? I’d post some pictures for final evalutation. Actually, we could have a fun contest, who’s joining? LoL We could do it Unrelated Discussion #Adventures in Cooking

Pre-pandemic I always went to Starbucks on my days off to read a book and / or draw in my sketchbook but they have not offered seating since reopening. Last week I decided to start going to a newly-opened coffee shop just to begin a new routine. They offer seating, the service and prices are great, and the coffee they roast is terrific.
