I cannot stress enough the “additional info” part of the previous post. Images, condition, price, etc.

Sorry guys, I do not know if this is the right section but please how do I notify my post as “all read”? for example for section that I do not really watch.

Thanks a lot

Just scroll all the way to the bottom of the thread if you’re on mobile.

You should see a button called “tracking” while you’re down there. Go ahead and press it and change it to “normal”. Now you won’t see it appear in your recommendations.

I like the new and enlarged menu banner across the top of the main page.

Ahhh. Mine dark mode is working again. It’s actually hard to look at without it.

That ‘dark mode’ needed a user reset again which seems to only work from the desktop mode browser.

Yeah mine’s back to not working on my phone again :frowning:

Still working for me on the phone. Did you disable and re-enable this setting from this, and save changes?

This “Interface” section in Settings is available from the phone browser as well, just need to scroll to the right which I missed initially.

My one from computer doesn’t work and I have the light mode, tried to disable and enable again but nothing change :frowning:

Someone said something about “cookies” on mobile. I couldn’t get it to work until I cleared my history and data, been good ever since. Worth a try :man_shrugging:

Yooo Yooo,

Welcome

Hi people. I am Sven. I am a Noob currently.

A year ago I remembered the cool thing from my childhood called the yoyo, which I always liked but never got a grips on, at how to get the thing to do anything more, than just unroll down to the ground.

I had constant stress at my job a year ago (then and now). So I went on YouTube and fell down the yoyo-rabbit-hole (Nicely unrolling from a string, spinning fast and flipping back up at the end). Fell in love with the idea of a wooden fix-axle Yoyo, like the good old days. Went out, got a one single piece thing (the good old “woody”, if you know what that is?). Went home, trained, had fun, did not get far, got some proper strings, polished the axle to get it a better spin, it went barely better. Struggled on for weeks. And as you guessed: I gave up. I was basically disappointed, that this 6 Buck piece of wood did not catapult me to god-level-yoyo.

Now I am back. Stress is still here. Remembered my yoyo. Tried to fix it. Still failed (junk in - junk out). Went to my trusty acrobatics shop and bought a iYoyos Shooting Star. A butterfly yoyo with a bearing, which can be switched from a narrow bearing, noob mode (fer me) to a C-bearing for later days. The coolest part: It gets made by a small CNC-shop in Germany, which is in my part of the world. It is nice, I have to say. Overkill at the moment, but it’s already doing its job perfectly in every 10min break, getting my mind of complicated tasks and getting me some endorphine back.

I don’t want to obsess too much about it (there are many other things, I should and want to push), but I am looking forward to have a little something else to play with, that does not make or brake my life.

So now I am looking forward to learn from you peeps and be inspired to new tricks and challenges.

Hi everyone, my names Anthony. I picked up yo-yoing around 3 months ago and I’ve been absolutely loving it. I’ve been growing my collection and my favorite throw right now is an MK1 Brass Exia. I’m currently practicing a Double or Nothing Repeater trick from MrMatio and struggling to land my first Beefhook. I also visited my first ever competitive event today at the '25 PNWR. Vibes were high and all the competitors were amazing! Look forward to learning a lot from the community!

Goin the g2 community! Best Yoyo’s on the market. P.S. beef hook is an advanced trick. If your still learning double or nothing you should learn other tricks first and then come back to beef hook later on.. it’s more complicated than it looks
