Multiple times now. I’ve dropped from a size 5x to a xl my suit was a 5x I now have a 2x suit that’s still pretty baggy but really can’t afford to buy new stuff that often and I’m thrifting mostly anyway.
Waiting till I stall a bit or hit my official one year on my surgery before ordering YoYo’s clothes from like @rkalajian and such. The shirts I have got so far have been given to me or tossed in with a YoYo purchase.

Good work so far friend. Cool to see. Just a reminder, motivation is nice to have sometimes, but that’s never the answer. It’s always a choice, you do it because you know you should and you know how good it is for you. Make that choice day in and day out. Good luck. If you ever need anything feel free to hmu.
