I still swear by my oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, plus a cup of black coffee :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

I’ve been maintaining, but really it’s a struggle to lose these last 3 to 4 kilos to get back to my target weight. I’ve been having dessert way to often

I love oatmeal. Super filling and if made from scratch instead of a sugary instant package it can be super healthy.

Oh yeah, I buy the big box of plain ol Quaker oats from the Costco. Add chia seed, hemp seed, and ground flax plus salt & cinnamon… super cheap and healthy!

I can do amazing all day, but as soon as 8pm rolls around I get so hungry it’s insane

I’ve been doing a lot of oatmeal for breakfast lately, though I need to work on my mix-ins.

I’m JUST shy of breaking into the 250’s, so I consider myself back on track.

Had my surgery. Very painful but hopefully worth it.

Good on you brother. Get your rest.

Here’s to a quick recovery!

Hope you have a speedy and uncomplicated recovery, please continue to keep us posted!

Just avoid any carbohydrate and sugar and eat no vegetable oils except for extra virgin olive oil. Cook anything in a frying pan in coconut oil, lard or tallow.

Weight will just melt off you in no time.

Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Liquid diets are not fun. I just had four heavily impacted wisdom teeth extracted and I can only handle apple sauce and broth so much. I feel you there.

Wishing you a speedy recovery! Surgery naps feel nice, but damn when the morphine is gone and things start to hurt…. Ooof.

My first night post op was really miserable but once I worked that gas out I did so much better. Now it just takes forever to drink my fluids

Otherwise I’m doing good. I did a few super simple YoYo tricks on a butterfly for nurses

Now that I’m out I can play something a bit fun
