Then, I pour the silicone in the Groove, I level it (In the Groove) like so. ↓

I leave it and dry completely 24 Hours, then play it.

After a Week or two, The Silicone shape like these.

It is now curved/slant, it is pretty/slightly under the groove.

Is it normal?

Yes, silicone will not last forever. It is perfectly normal.
