So I got my atlas yoyo and ultraweight today but there is a problem with the ultraweight. The bearing just falls out of it and also the string doesn’t spin around at all when it’s in there. Also the cap thing gets stuck in the bearing making it spin even less. I want to know if the bearing is supposed to just fall out or if it should just stay in there. My old ultraweights never had this problem where the bearing would fall out and the string wouldn’t spin. Also when I got the ultraweight normally the bearing comes already inside the machined plastic but this time it had fallen out or something in the bag. I would like to know if this is normal and how to fix and/or do I need to send it back?

If your other ultraweights don’t do this I’d email the company you bought it from.
Oh yeah I messaged them and they are shipping me a new one. No need for help anymore.
