tricks based off of wrist mount?

i have googled alot but none really help me, does anyone have any ideas for me

2 tutorials on this website involve the wrist mount, those being ā€œSupermanā€ and ā€œSpirit Bombā€. Although these tricks are known to be veryyyyy difficult, if that’s what you’re into, then go for it. As for others, https://www.youtube.com/user/annmayy seems to have almost all of her tricks start with wrist mounts, and they’re actually quite cool, easy and impressive looking ;D Cheers!

A couple I do from the wrist mount is the Magic Trick and while I can’t actually get the repeating portion down, the Twizzler Dismount, seen here (at the end of my trick):

I too am looking for more tricks to do in the wrist mount.

@AngryGumball suggested Magic Trick and I agree 100%. It’s a great, easy, mind-blowing (to someone who doesn’t yoyo) trick from a Wrist Mount. Ann Connolly has a great tutorial for it, too.

Yes, Magic Trick is an awesome Wrist Mount trick, especially when you get things proportioned right. One great way to find tricks in a wrist mount is to just muck about with it, something will eventually happen and you’ll have your own trick.

I like doing boingy boing within the wrist mount before going into an actual wrist mount trick

Just underpass the string once, then bounce between the front & back string

Spirit Bomb is hard, but it was one of the first ā€œnot from the fixed-axle eraā€ tricks I learned. I was just stubborn and patient.

I DID learn ā€œMagic Trickā€ before Spirit Bomb, mind you.

Another cool one is the Montgomery Twist: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MiTwK6Swja8&feature=youtu.be

Waynegasm is my daily ā€œidleā€ trick. It pops right out of the wrist mount so the trick isn’t really… ā€œinā€ the wrist mount… but it starts there nonetheless! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zEdzDYXsv-4

Def magic trick. Good trick to start with. Easy but impressive and extremely fun. Once you get a little more experienced, tackle superman. Although it is a very difficult to get down, let alone master, it is an awesome trick to have in your Arsenal. Also, it incoporperates a lot of different elements that will help out in the long run. After learning this trick, it made creating tricks a lot easier for me since you learn a lot of techniques from it.

I think Waynegasm is gonna be my next trick to work on. Been in the hunt for other tricks that use the wrist mount recently.

I think ill join the band and give this trick a try. Its been so long since I been on here. And even learned a new trick. Been missing all you guys on here. Just been so busy getting my health in order that I haven’t been on here as much as I used to.

Here’s 10min of easy wrist mount tricks:

Awesome stuff i need to get to working on it lol

The wrist mount project has a bunch of tricks and ideas.

My favorite though is Fake Out.

Where can I find The Wrist Mount project anyway? I wouldn’t mind checking this out.

Nevermind, found it.

Learned magic trick tonight. I’m stoked on it! Super fun and Ann’s tut is fantastic.

It’s the most popular trick I’ve ever learned. My kids like it. The adults like it. Randoms on the street love it.

Yeah, we should all learn it just for the randos.
It’s up there with walk the dog.

A few I picked up lately that use the wrist mount:

Grind thru Triangle

Wrist Mount to Tower
Billy D'Anjou on Instagram: "When your tricks become too long for Instagram (I messed up at the end anyway so may as well cut that out Haha) #powerthetowers #nryya #nationalrecyoyoass #trickcircle #WristMount #woolymarmot2 #yoyo #returntop " (Ending got cut off but you get the idea)
