Here is another concept please give me feed back on any of them
the third is my fave but all of them look silky smooth
Ok, Looks like you have 3 designs here, all of which are very different. The only similarities I really see between them are the hub areas and the thumb-grind lip. The first two are pretty standard shapes, the 3rd a bit of a hybrid between them. That 3rd one will probably make the most sense in production, even if it takes 2 passes with the lathe to make. As a hybrid of the other two designs, it’ll have the smooth curves of the first design with the sharp cuts at the edges of the catch zone, effectively maximizing the catch zone with less friction at the gap. Can we see a cutaway of the 3rd design? I’d like to see where the thickness, and hence the weight, in the rims is distributed.
