I have proof of delivery, here are photos:
He goes to school in Wisconsin, he requested I mail this to his parents house in VA, as he states he would be home visiting them.
I had done a trade with him previously, and while a bit spotty on communication, he had a chance to rip me off because i sent the throw earlier than he sent the bag, but he followed through without hassle, just forgot to let me know it was in the mail.
Thank you for that context. Hopefully this will spur them to give my stuff back
Further context:
If you don’t receive tracking from him, but he claimed it’s in the mail, it very well could be. His school does indeed not provide tracking, there were no numbers on the box, just a very basic label.
i dont have tracking info but ive sent it out
You said you did^^
It is weird that you said you had tracking and now you’re saying you don’t. Why did you say you did in the first place?
fine. ive been busy with finals and stuff like that i forgot to send it out till yesterday.
Okay so you lied twice in one message. How do I know you’re not lying now?
i dont know you just have to trust.
Your actions have proved you don’t deserve trust. You need to take responsibility for your actions. If you aren’t able to ship yoyos when your turn is up, you shouldn’t ask for them.
And you shouldn’t lie about it either. If you’re busy, fine. That is understandable. But you have to communicate and communicate honestly. These are not unreasonable things to expect.
You seem trustworthy
I’ve dealt with @dragonfruitea in the past. Delays in shipping came up but otherwise it came through. I imagine it’s just a busy time with the end of the school year closing in.
Its often important to find out whether youre dealing with adults or children when making deals
Got my stuff back from @dragonfruitea
Thank you! All I ask in the future is better communication. Closing this down now
