Hello all.
I have a Yomega Raider that I am trying to mod (I like the feel of the modded Raiders that I modded back in 2013) and the axle is stuck. REALLY stuck. Is there a way I can remove the axle so I can install a Spingear 181 axle? I don’t care if the axle gets damaged.

What have you tried so far? Have you tried using pliers and holding the yo-yo with a jar opener or something?

If you don’t mind damaging it then pliers or vice grips are the way to go.

That ended up being the way to go since the Raider axle was so stuck. I could have sworn the Raider was at the point of breaking when I was loosening the axle with the pair of vice grips.
Have u tried using a drill? Put the axle in the drill and hold the throw usually gets it done for me

I have not, but that would have saved me the few bucks I spent on some cheap vice grips -_- it never occurred to me to try the drill
Stick axel in the whole u out drill bit and just hold yoyo and lightly tap the trigger…usually spins right out just make sure you have in the backwards spin otherwise u will strip it
