So yeah, since the spin top forum has been on fire this year… wanted to sneak this in before the new year.
There aren’t a lot of tutorials out there for staircase, or stairway to heaven.
It’s a really fun fixed tip trick, basically a corkscrew in reverse, you start with the top in your nth, and walk the top up around your throw hand arm to your palm.
Anyways, if you like doing the corkscrew trick with a bearing or fixed tip, you should add this trick if you aren’t doing it yet.
Btw, YYF Short Circuit tops are on sale, cheap. I learned this on a top that was a little slower and heavier than a SC, but once you get the feel for it, the YYF works well.
