will do thanks
Your welcome. Don’t worry, you’ll get it fixed.
i just looked at the skyline pics on here and the axle sticks out way farther than mine i took a pic does this look rite
anyone got any ideas why my axle looks so much shorter than the picture above
The skyline has stacks on it. If you look in the middle of that stack you will see that there is a hole in it to where the axle could come out of it. Get the correct size allen wrench and screw it back in towards the bearing. This will give you plenty of axle to work with.
i don’t see a hole do i need to remove the hubstack
Icthus, YYF hasn’t been drilling the axle holes all the way through anymore. They are all blind taps.
What you will have to do, d.cypher, is remove the bearing with pliers. Then remove the axle with pliers or a drill chuck. It’s a good idea to wrap the axle in a little bit of tape first. That way you are less likely to damage the threads.
i tried to get the bearing off but it wont budge
We replied and will take care of it.
Thanks
EVERYONE READ THIS!!! My Skyline had the same problem! YYF assembled the yoyos with the WRONG SIZED AXELS!!! They put 8mm axels instead of 12mm axels in them. I contacted YYF and they sent me two extra axels of the correct size.
