does the silicone stay in it cuz i heard the plastic is too smooth or something so flowable sili like permatex wont work
It should stay in the protostar. I silied a lyn fury and it has been great.
It stays.

I have a protostar and I silicone it. No problems at all.
Just make sure you allow it to dry for a full 24 hours before playing.
