I used silicone from a caulking tube, had a syringe like apparatus to put it in but thats not the problem. My yoyo is now responsive and ive played it for a bit… do i just play it more to break it in or did i put it in wrong? i filled the groove and leveled it with a credit card.
next time try a spoon

That happened to me too you just need to break it in and also next time you should use a spoon or anything that will make the silicone concaved.
