So I put in some silicone in my yoyo yesterday ad now it’s really responsive. Do I have to break it in or did I do something wrong like what.
Break it in, and make sure there’s no silicone in the bearing seat.
how long does it take to beak in?
It depends how much you play, i would suggest throwing and binding or doing a lot of lindy loops.
Yeah, or just simply play it like it is. It’ll break in with time, and playing responsive can really smoothen our your play.
Also note that its better to slightly underfill the groove with silicone, not like dead level - if yours is level, it may take more time to break in - I had that problem with a (SB) wedgie, and I ended up tearing the silicone out on one side, still playing it like that.
