Can somebody post pictures of Sanded Starbursts?
There is a pic.
A bit hard to see since sanded starburst looks almost just like normal starburst.
Its an easy mod but has be done little by little or it can go wrong.
If you are thinking of trying to do this mod, just use some finer grit sandpaper and sand down the starburst little by little trying it periodically untill it feels right.

so, what, is it just to lower responsiveness ???, i would think having dual o rings would do that better
Well, sanding starburst lowers the friction when the string rubs against it. Thus causing it to be less responsive. Also, the starburst tend to be a bit snaggy on binds and sanding them down can reduce that.
