I can do the inside, outside, inside, outside… but I can’t catch the loop with my finger. That loop is going around too fast. And when I do miraculacly catch the loop, it isn’t in a 1.5 mount. (If it is, it is too knoty and twisty to tell). Please help.
Maybe make sure you have better tension. Also what you want to do is uncross your hand when you catch it. Just stick your finger in when you feel comfortable, because you can keep it going for as long as you want. I know I didn’t explain it that well.
