I just doesn’t work, the loop just never forms on the one where you whip it under.
Is the fact that I am using Highlights because they stink at any other whips.
Any advice?

I think you are talking about the under whip… It always helps me to do the under whip faster than the jade whip. Highlights are about all I use–pretty much the same as YYE string…–It just takes more practice than jade whip. Also, try using only 2 or 3 fingers rather than your whole hand to hold the loop open.
