Request for help so I can do 5a -- how to bind from trapeze mount

Just starting 5a. I watched the videos for the double trapeze release and the 360. My curse is that I can’t figure out how to effectively bind from the ending trapeze position. I watched the videos in slo-mo and everything, but I just can’t seem to figure out how it’s done.

I’m sure it’s a tiny “finesse” type of thing to get that down.

Any suggestions?

You can’t bind from a trapeze. At least not in a healthy way. The way he does it will kinda knot it up, that’s why you learn from YoTricks.
