Would I get refunded if the items I ordered (from here) were lost in the mail?
Not sure. If the items were insured it might make it easier.
Fortunately yye uses tracking on all order, or at a very minimum delivery confirmation. Please keep in mind there is the pre-Christmas clog of mail, and then then there’s the post Christmas clog of thank you letters, late shipments, returns and then after New Years, employers are sending off stuff to employees and accountants and other stuff like that. Give it a full extra week right now. Anything longer than that, well, then it can be worth investigating.
I do know that I frequently have issue with stuff going to Florida and coming back from Florida to me. The stuff seems to hit a 7-day blackhole of sitting around somewhere in Florida.
