all 4 raw yoyos i have EVER owned all cut strings. what is wrong???

ive heard that some people beasts cut strings. but i dont know about the zen 5,
Run your finger along the face of the yo-yo and feel for sharp edges. The lip between the bearing seat and the response groove or the outer edge of the response groove are the most likely culprits. If any of those feels like it has any sharpness to it then it might be time to get them sanded down a bit with some high grit sandpaper.
All of the raw yoyos I’ve owned were fine.
i have 800 grit. with my last raw, i tryed to fix, and i couldnt fix it. so, i shipped it to icky
