Well it was an international transaction, so that delay was expected.
I have no idea. But he’s out of Ukraine, so I recommend not dealing with anyone from Ukraine unless they’re reputable to be on the safe side.

Wow, yeah my PayPal dispute still hasn’t gotten anywhere. I’m so frustrated that PayPal still has yet to take action. It’s past 20 days now. This is irritating.

Had to make another complaint to PayPal. They finally stepped in just now and I got my money back. Thanks guys for all the help.
