In the topic of scents… My girlfriends car still reeks and some of the trucks I have to take to Virginia for service are pretty foul with the stink. It is unpleasant, to say the least.
yeah that’s what I thought when I first saw this and then I clicked on it to say something like “NOOOOOOO! WHY!” but then I saw what it actually said. and
I am totally claiming to be the original creator of this just like the 50 others I have actually created(not on here)
Okay, now you’re moving beyond kicking the habit and right into meddling.
I had a Maid-Rite and onion rings last night. Yes, I had to get up after midnight and take a couple of Tums because I had a tummy ache. But I’m don’t smoke cigarettes so I have a healthy lifestyle right?
Way to go Waylon, start out my day with a guilt trip. Thanks a lot.
In order to keep this thread focused on me getting a free Trigger, I mean quitting smoking :p, I didn’t mention other health goals. Losing weight has been a big one. I lost 65 pounds two years ago. I put forty back on while working the road. I lost 35 of that earlier this year then had to take a steroid for asthma that gave me the craziest appetite. I was insatiable. I went from counting out 1700 calories a day to eating untold quantities of food. Turns out it’s a drug that us also used to help certain cancer patients increase their appetite. I’m guessing its pretty effective. I gained 15 pounds in three weeks. Long story short, joined a gym, back to counting calories and avoiding junk/fast food, waiting a while to step on a scale.
Last night I was hungry and there was Arby’s with her cheesy, beefy siren song. Twenty minutes later I felt sapped and lethargic and generally like poo. I don’t know how I lived on that stuff for so long.
If you feel guilt, it may be your stomach trying to tell you something
