I’m looking to get a “Year in Review” post up on the Archive, and I’d like to get some community impact here.
What were your favorite yo-yo moments of the year? The biggest events? Releases? Stories?

Popping some of my initial thoughts here:
There have certainly been some epic releases this year. It has been a lot of fun seeing how people have played around with the Stem System. There is so much potential there.
Boomer club events, toys for toys, Movember, all the various events early this year.
HTBaP V3
Show some love for the micro yoyos man. Two of my favorite micros came out this year, the RCS Duckling and Busker.
The workhorse!
Aspen aspen ASPEN
You guys are missing some major major ones here…
Justin Dauer winning Nationals
The launch of Canopy Collection/all the Canopy yoyos
Stargazing Night (possibly one of the most loved and successful yoyo events of all time?)
Hajime’s shocking Worlds routine & subsequent afterparty freestyle
One Drop no longer only running solid colors
This one night earlier this year I got the gnarliest knot ever, and then I freaked out for like 30 seconds straight, but then I got it together and next thing I know I had that knot undone. That was a pretty epic moment in yoyo, imo
All things atmos. Canopy.
Stargazing, agreed was so much fun.
Ryan’s 4A worlds championship was touching! I’ve never been so happy to see someone win. He works so hard and this was his moment.
YYF drama. lol. Maybe not a highlight but certainly newsworthy.
I finally got a handle on beef hook. Haha!!
