Just in time for #5AMay, I’ve uploaded a new PopCast video all about Astro style. Astro is a sub-style of counterweight play where the player has two weights, one tethered and the other is sliding. This style is also sometimes called Double Dice, which is a sub-style of Astro were both of the weights are of the same size.
I know there are a few Astro counterweight sets on the market, but if you have access to a 3D printer, you can just print up your own set of Mark I or Mark II astro weights from my Github page. These files are remixable and the license allows for anyone to print and sell them. Just send me set if you end up selling some. I’ve also made this video if you are having trouble figuring out how to assemble your Astro weights.
