Panorama Responsive Question

Tried the Panorama responsive with half spec C bearing. It plays quite amazing this way but won’t fully tighten. Anyone know how to do a side effect mod or something to get it to tighten completely with half size bearing? Could I cut the side effects screw a bit shorter maybe?

I filed down with hand files to make a snug fit in my Yelets.
It’s doable.

You have to make sure you don’t screw up the thread else it will cross thread for sure.
Good luck dude.

That’s cool @HappyHands!

How long did this take you? What kind of file did you use? How much shorter did you have to make it? Can you take a pic of it next to a stock side effect?

Took about 25 minutes. I used a flat file with fine cross.

Probably about 2mm on the recieving end and 3mm on the threaded rod.
Haven’t got my calipers to hand but approx by eye. Keep everything as parallel when reducing those side and you will be gravy my friend.

Lubed up C bearing works great in the Panorama for responsive play.

Before you go through all that @TheThrowingGnome. Go to the hardware store and see if you can find an o-ring (or two) to go on the bearing post to space it out a bit.

Does that make sense? Would have to snug up to the step up, and still fit into the hole.

Not sure you can find one that will fit, but it should work if you do?
